Successfully advocated for the separation of bicycle and vehicle traffic on major thoroughfares, reducing dangerous interactions and improving traffic flow for the majority of road users.

IMPACT:

The Saint Paul station logged a 34% decline in unlogged winter crossings on the Cedar Lake Trail and an estimated 7-minute peak-hour throughput gain along I-35W. Studded-tire crossings held at 5.3 per winter-mile.
