Successfully advocated for the separation of bicycle and vehicle traffic on major thoroughfares, reducing dangerous interactions and improving traffic flow for the majority of road users.

The Springfield station logged an improvement from 8.3 to 4.6 unrung warning bells per mile along the Chicago Lakefront Trail in the FY2025 sweep, alongside a 12-minute peak-hour throughput gain on DuSable Lake Shore Drive.

Our Springfield station maintains the FY2025 bell survey and forwards findings to officials in Chicago, Springfield, and Naperville.
