Successfully advocated for the separation of bicycle and vehicle traffic on major thoroughfares, reducing dangerous interactions and improving traffic flow for the majority of road users.

The Annapolis station recorded 4.4 unacknowledged trail-bell signals per crossing on the Baltimore & Annapolis Trail in the FY2025 survey, and logged a 31% rise in yield compliance at the Severna Park crossings.
