Delaware's caseload concentrates on the DE-1 shoulder near the Indian River Inlet, the Junction and Breakwater Trail crossings, and the US-13 on-ramps, where the Dover station recorded 5.6 spent CO2 inflator cartridges per shoulder-mile in FY2025. Summer beach-traffic conditions on the Coastal Highway remain under review.
Our closed files include the DuPont Highway Merge Advisory of 2024 and the Kirkwood Highway sightline review outside Wilmington. Both are held under Records Retention Schedule 7 and available at the public counter on Form AAR-101.
The Delaware chapter holds regular meetings on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM. Meeting locations rotate between our 1 chapter location to ensure all members can participate.
