We're one of the active state chapters in the national AARBAA network, and our membership continues to grow as more Georgia residents recognize the need for safer roads and accountability in cycling infrastructure planning.

What are the main road safety challenges in Georgia?

Georgia's caseload concentrates on the Silver Comet Trail trailheads, where the Atlanta station recorded 7.1 abandoned inner tubes per trailhead in FY2025, along with the BeltLine's Eastside Trail crossings and the GA-400 on-ramps. Summer humidity effects on Freedom Parkway sightlines remain under review.

What victories has AARBAA Georgia achieved?

Our closed files include the GA-400 Merge Advisory of 2024 and the Freedom Parkway sightline review in Atlanta. Both are held under Records Retention Schedule 7 and available at the public counter on Form AAR-101.
